WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.
Name of Product: Infantino Lion and Lamb Grabby Rattles™
Manufacturer: Infantino LLC, of San Diego, Calif.
Sold at: Wal-Mart, Babies “R” Us and other specialty stores nationwide from May 2007 through September 2008 for between $3 and $4.
Manufacturing Location: China
Problem: The tail-piece on the rattles can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Solution: Consumers should immediately take the recalled toys away from young children and contact Infantino for a replacement rattle or a product of equal value.
